Balsamic blackberry brie bites… say that five times fast! These little bite sized appetizers are perfect for a wine and cheese night with friends. Pairs best with a glass (or 3) of a rich berry merlot. Although they look like baby pies, they taste like a cracker covered in cheese and jam. Can you say delicious??

Instructions
- Grease a mini cupcake pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat, dump in half of blackberries (reserve 16 for topping the bites later), balsamic, and honey. Mush blackberries with a spatula. Cook over medium for 10 minutes, smooshing blackberries every couple of minutes until you get a jam- like consistency. Then turn off heat and set aside to cool.

- Place crusts into oven and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Cut Brie into 16 equal pieces. I don’t like the rind of the Brie, so I cut this off too.
- Remove crusts from oven, place one piece of Brie in each pie crust. Place back in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and let cool slightly before removing bites from pan. Top each bite with a spoonful of the balsamic blackberry reduction, and a fresh blackberry.
