Whipped Ricotta and Honey Dip
Over the last year, I've been on a mission to learn how to make bread from scratch by baking every recipe in the "Bread Baking for Beginners" Cookbook. This week, I made a country raisin walnut bread that was delicious and I needed an excuse to eat half the loaf in one sitting. Enter the whipped ricotta honey dip! With a hint of olive oil and sweetness from the honey, it's the perfect savory sweet dip to serve with some buttered toast. Serve as an appetizer, as a cheese course, or on a charcuterie board!
